All Dogs are Individuals

It's true of all dogs, every day of the year, but it's especially important to remember this #PitBullAwarenessMonth: all dogs are individuals!

Making an assumption or generalization based on a dog's perceived breed, appearance, size, history, or situation is a disservice to the dog - and the people that love them. Instead, it's important that we treat ever dog as an individual, considering their individual health, behavior, personality, and needs. Only then can we make the correct decisions to adequately meet those needs.
